History & Compare

Every extraction run is saved to your history. Review past extractions, search by date or content, and compare two runs side-by-side to track how conversations evolve.

Viewing History

Access your extraction history from the sidebar menu. Each entry shows the extraction date, a preview of the input, and counts for tasks, decisions, and risks extracted.

• Search by keyword across all past extractions
• Filter by date range
• Sort by extraction date, task count, or risk count
• Click any entry to view the full extraction result

Workspace History

If you're part of a workspace, extraction history is shared among members. Workspace runs appear alongside your personal runs, labeled with the workspace name. This lets teams track extraction patterns and decisions over time.

Comparing Extractions

The Compare view lets you select two extraction runs and view them side-by-side. This is useful for tracking how a project's action items change over time — compare weekly standup extractions to see what shifted between runs.
