Asana Integration

Connect Asana as an outbound destination to push extracted tasks directly into your Asana projects. Extracted action items become Asana tasks without manual re-entry.

How It Works

The Asana integration is an outbound destination — it sends extracted tasks from Extraktr to your Asana workspace. After an extraction produces tasks, you can route or publish them to a configured Asana project.

Connecting Asana

• Go to Settings → Outbound Preferences
• Enable the Asana destination
• Authorize Extraktr to access your Asana workspace
• Select the target project for task delivery

Disconnecting

To disconnect Asana, go to Settings and click disconnect next to the Asana integration. This removes the stored credentials and stops all outbound delivery to Asana.
