ClickUp Integration

Push extracted tasks directly to ClickUp. After running an extraction, publish action items as ClickUp tasks in your chosen list — no manual re-entry needed.

Connecting ClickUp

• Go to Settings → ClickUp
• Click “Connect ClickUp”
• Authorize Extraktr via ClickUp OAuth
• Select your target workspace, space, and list

The destination list is saved in your preferences. You can change it at any time from Settings.

Publishing Tasks

After an extraction produces tasks, click “Publish to ClickUp” in the results panel. Each task is created as a ClickUp task in your configured list with the assignee, description, and priority mapped from the extraction output.

• Task title from extracted action item
• Description with full context and source thread
• Assignee matched to ClickUp members when possible
• Priority level based on extraction confidence

Idempotency

Tasks are published with idempotency controls. If you publish the same extraction twice, duplicates are not created. Each task is linked to its source extraction run.

Plan Limits

ClickUp publishing may be subject to plan limits and rate controls. If you hit a limit, the publish action will indicate which tasks were created and which were deferred.
