Conversation Intelligence

Conversation Intelligence

Conversation Intelligence goes beyond extraction to surface actionable signals from your conversations. It identifies patterns, risks, and gaps that might not be obvious from the raw text.

What Intelligence Detects

After extraction, the Intelligence engine applies rule-based analysis to the structured output, looking for signals that need attention.

  • Stalled decisions — decisions mentioned but not resolved
  • Missing ownership — tasks without clear assignees
  • Conflicts — contradictory statements between participants
  • Unresolved questions — questions asked but never answered
  • Risk escalation — risks that increased in severity between runs

Viewing Intelligence

Intelligence signals appear as a compact panel above the Tasks / Decisions / Risks / Summary tabs in the extraction results view. Each signal includes a brief description, the relevant conversation excerpt, and a suggested action.

Instant Brief

The Instant Brief is a separate panel that sits alongside Conversation Intelligence at the top of the results view. It provides a one-paragraph summary of the most critical signals from an extraction — designed for quick scanning. Share it in Slack or email to give stakeholders a fast read on what needs attention.

Intelligence is rule-based and deterministic — it uses the structured extraction output, not raw conversation text. Results are consistent and auditable.
