Privacy & Data
Understand how Extraktr handles your data, what's stored, and what controls you have.
Data Processing
Extraktr processes conversation text through its extraction pipeline to identify tasks, decisions, and risks. The processing happens on secure servers.
- Conversation text is processed and not retained after extraction (free tier)
- Saved extractions are stored encrypted at rest
- Integration tokens are encrypted and stored per-user
- No conversation data is used for model training
What's Stored
- Account information (email, name)
- Saved extraction results (if you choose to save)
- Integration OAuth tokens (encrypted)
- Workspace membership and roles
- Settings and preferences
Data Controls
You maintain control over your data. You can delete individual extraction runs from history, disconnect integration accounts to remove stored tokens, and request a full account data export.
For the full privacy policy and terms of service, see the Legal section: Privacy Policy and Terms of Service.
Security
Extraktr uses HTTPS for all data transmission, encrypts sensitive data at rest, and follows security best practices for OAuth token storage. For security concerns or vulnerability reports, contact the security team.
