Jira Integration

Connect Jira as an outbound destination to push extracted tasks directly into your Jira projects as issues. Action items from your conversations become trackable Jira tickets.

How It Works

The Jira integration is an outbound destination — it sends extracted tasks from Extraktr to your Jira instance. After an extraction produces tasks, you can route or publish them to a configured Jira project.

Connecting Jira

  • Go to Settings → Outbound Preferences
  • Enable the Jira destination
  • Authorize Extraktr to access your Jira instance
  • Select the target project and issue type

Disconnecting

To disconnect Jira, go to Settings and click disconnect next to the Jira integration. This removes the stored credentials and stops all outbound delivery to Jira.

Jira is an outbound-only integration. It does not pull conversations from Jira into Extraktr for extraction.
